Beautiful apartment on the second block from the beach

Located at Posto 9, on the best beach in Rio and with an indescribable sunset. We are on the second block from the beach, a few steps from the sea. You will feel at home in this recently renovated apartment, we accommodate up to six guests in two comfortable suites, modern kitchen, warm lighting, new equipment, and an incredible view. Ride high and silent. Condominium with 24 hour concierge, in the best place in Ipanema, close to bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

1.1. Check-in and Check-out Policy:

- Check-in: Identify yourself with the doorman upon arrival, who will give you your access cards.

- Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you need more time, please contact us in advance to arrange an extension based on availability. All access cards should be left with the doorman upon departure.

1.2. Guest Occupancy Rule

1. Documentation Requirement:

- The submission of names and documentation is mandatory as per condominium rules.

- Guests will be required to identify themselves upon entering the condominium.

2. Damage and Stains on Towels and Sheets:

- It is strictly prohibited to use towels or sheets to remove sunscreen or makeup.

- An additional charge of 250 reais will be applied for each towel or sheet that is damaged or stained during the stay.

3. Stability of Guests:

- The people who check into the accommodation at the beginning of the stay must remain the same throughout the entire reservation period.

- It is not allowed to change guests once the stay has begun.

4. Addition of Guests:

- Guests can be added during the stay, as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded.

- Each additional guest must be registered and pay an extra fee per night.

5. Notification:

- Any change or addition of guests must be notified and authorized by the host.

6. Pets:

- Allowed pet must be small-sized, with an additional fee of R$ 200.

7. Beach Chairs:

- The apartment includes two beach chairs available for guests.

- In case of loss or damage, a cost of 275 reais per chair will be applied.

8. Late Checkout Rule for Fridays:

- For late checkouts on Fridays, an additional fee of 100% of the daily rate will be applied.

- It's important to request the check-out extension in advance to verify availability.

9. Entry Restriction:

- Entry to the apartment is not allowed while it is being cleaned, until check-in time.

10. Luggage Storage:

- Storing luggage in the apartment before check-in time is not allowed.

We have air conditioning and blackout in both suites.

We also provide a crib and a bathtub for your baby, please inform in the booking confirmation if you will need it.

The shower water is heated with natural gas, which will provide you with a hot shower with plenty of water. The equipment is new and electronic, that is, it regulates itself according to the volume of water. Just open the whole hot water valve (left side) and season with cold water (right side valve). We kindly ask you not to touch the device.

In one of the suites we accommodate 4 guests, in this room we have a king size bed and two auxiliary single beds. In the other suite we have a queen size bed. In addition to being new, all mattresses and pillows have a protective cover.

We have an espresso coffee machine, and the capsules are complimentary, we hope you like it.

The names of all guests, with their date of entry and exit are delivered to the building administration in advance and access will be authorized at the entrance.

Check-in and checkout is done directly at the condominium entrance, but we can also receive you personally if you wish.

The concierge works 24 hours, the building's doormen are helpful and are always around to help you.

The Condominium has two elevators. The service elevator gives access to the garage (G1). We have a vacancy included in the reservation. There are two floors of indoor and covered parking. The vacancy is not marked, but we ask you to be careful to respect the limits of the paint stripes on the floor.

These stores are concentrated on Rua Garcia D'Avila and Rua Visconde de Pirajá (mainly at Galeria Forum in Ipanema) and Maria Quitéria. The neighborhood still has some of the best and most traditional bars and restaurants in Rio de Janeiro, such as Bar Garota de Ipanema, where Vinícius de Morais created the famous homonymous song. We can also mention Bar Vinte, on Rua Visconde de Pirajá, where the tram used to turn, and Bar Paz e Amor, on the corner of Rua Garcia D'ávila and Rua Nascimento Silva.

You can get to know the whole neighborhood in a pleasant walk through the busy Rua Visconde de Pirajá. The neighborhood also has metro stations and several bus lines. In addition, vehicles by app and taxi easily serve the entire neighborhood.
