Reservations
In order to validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:
Full name of all guests
Birthday
Identity number or passport number
CPF
Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ CEP
Telephone
Email
Time of entry to the property / flight number (if air)
Departure time from the property
Name of other guests (if any);
Payment methods, reservations, rent and deposit
To book one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged before the check-in date.
Payment, referring to 50% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer / deposit, bank slip, Paypal, credit card or Pix.
The deposit will be required upon check-in in cash with a predetermined amount per property at the time of booking.
In order to be able to allocate your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via e-mail.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as My Home in Rio's reservations department sends you a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check in
Check-in time: From 14:00 until 22:00. For other times, guests should contact the company to check availability.
For check-ins between 22:00 and 10:00 in the morning, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
It is recommended that the customer inform us of their arrival time and send us their contact number.
It is very important for our planning and organization that you send us the names of all guests on the reservation with their identification documents. In addition, vehicle data if you are going to use the garage.
In case of need for flexibility in check-in and checkout times, the availability on the calendar in both cases must be consulted. If it is necessary for us to block the calendar to serve you, an extra fee may be charged.
At least 24 hours in advance we will send you all the instructions for your check-in.
The apartment key is a magnetic card. The same must be used to access the apartment and to activate the electrical part internally. Please be careful not to lose. In case of loss, an extra fee may be charged.
We provide bed and bath linen.
We take great care and pride in cleaning the entire apartment.
The names of all guests, with their date of entry and exit are delivered to the building administration in advance and access will be authorized at the entrance.
Check-in and checkout is done directly at the condominium entrance, but we can also receive you personally if you wish.
The concierge works 24 hours, the building's doormen are helpful and are always around to help you.
Check-out
Check-out time: Until 11 am
After checking out, customers can store their luggage in our office during opening hours. If the apartment is available and the customer only wants to leave between 88:00 and 88:00, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the entrance.
For check-outs between 2 pm and 10 pm, we charge the equivalent rent for the next day. If the customer does not check out at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a fine of 5% of the reservation will be charged.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in complying with the checkout time (11 pm), especially if we have check-in on the same day as your checkout. When this occurs beyond this notice, we will send you a new reminder a few hours in advance.
Reservation cancellation and changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the reservation dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from My Home in Rio.
My Home in Rio has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs:
1) The total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website and stated in the reservation;
2) Disturbance of neighborhood peace and/or violation of condominium rules;
3) Organization of parties;
4) Consumption of illicit drugs;
5) Pets without our permission and/or non-payment of the Pet Fee;
6) Lack of foot
