1.1. Check-in and Check-out Policy:

- Check-in: Check-in is personal and will be conducted by physically handing over the keys and access cards to the apartment. The arrival time will be coordinated in advance to ensure someone is available to receive and guide guests.

- Check-out: The check-out time is at 10:00 AM. If you need more time, please contact us in advance to arrange an extension based on availability. We kindly request that all keys and access cards be left inside the apartment upon departure.

1.2. Guest Occupancy Rule

1. Documentation Requirement:

- The submission of names and documentation is mandatory as per condominium rules.

- Guests will be required to identify themselves upon entering the condominium.

2. Damage and Stains on Towels and Sheets:

- It is strictly prohibited to use towels or sheets to remove sunscreen or makeup.

- An additional charge of 250 reais will be applied for each towel or sheet that is damaged or stained during the stay.

3. Stability of Guests:

- The people who check into the accommodation at the beginning of the stay must remain the same throughout the entire reservation period.

- It is not allowed to change guests once the stay has begun.

4. Addition of Guests:

- Guests can be added during the stay, as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded.

- Each additional guest must be registered and pay an extra fee per night.

5. Notification:

- Any change or addition of guests must be notified and authorized by the host.

6. Pets:

- Allowed pet must be small-sized, with an additional fee of R$ 200.

7. Beach Chairs:

- The apartment includes two beach chairs available for guests.

- In case of loss or damage, a cost of 275 reais per chair will be applied.

8. Late Checkout Rule for Fridays:

- For late checkouts on Fridays, an additional fee of 100% of the daily rate will be applied.

- It's important to request the check-out extension in advance to verify availability.

9. Entry Restriction:

- Visitors are not allowed in the apartment.

- Entry to the apartment is not allowed while it is being cleaned, until check-in time.

10. Luggage Storage:

- Storing luggage in the apartment before check-in time is not allowed.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all residents and guests, we ask that you respect the following condominium rules:

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. During this period, please avoid making excessive noise that could disturb other residents.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment. This rule is in place to ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all neighbors.

Use of Common Areas: Please keep the common areas clean and tidy. Do not leave personal items in these areas and follow any specific rules indicated in these zones.

Guests: Guests are allowed as long as they are informed and authorized at the front desk. Guests cannot stay overnight; if they do, an additional fee will be charged.

Security: Keep doors closed and ensure that valuables are not visible from the outside. Report any suspicious activity to the condominium management.

Pets: If pets are allowed, ensure they are always under control and do not disturb other residents. Clean up and dispose of pet waste properly.

Trash: Dispose of trash in the designated containers.
