Access to the Garage

Garage access is restricted and controlled.

We would like to inform you that access to the garage requires an access TAG, which can only be requested from Monday to Friday (business days). If your reservation is on Saturday or Sunday and you do not request it with 48 hours' notice, unfortunately, the TAG can only be issued starting on Monday. On Monday, you will be able to use the garage if needed.

If you wish to use the garage, please send us the car details (make, model, and license plate). We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

1.1. Check-in and Check-out Policy:

- Check-in: Identify yourself with the doorman upon arrival, who will give you your access cards.

- Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you need more time, please contact us in advance to arrange an extension based on availability. All access cards should be left with the doorman upon departure.

1.2. Guest Occupancy Rule

1. Documentation Requirement:

- The submission of names and documentation is mandatory as per condominium rules.

- Guests will be required to identify themselves upon entering the condominium.

2. Damage and Stains on Towels and Sheets:

- It is strictly prohibited to use towels or sheets to remove sunscreen or makeup.

- An additional charge of 250 reais will be applied for each towel or sheet that is damaged or stained during the stay.

3. Stability of Guests:

- The people who check into the accommodation at the beginning of the stay must remain the same throughout the entire reservation period.

- It is not allowed to change guests once the stay has begun.

4. Addition of Guests:

- Guests can be added during the stay, as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded.

- Each additional guest must be registered and pay an extra fee per night.

5. Notification:

- Any change or addition of guests must be notified and authorized by the host.

6. Pets:

- Allowed pet must be small-sized, with an additional fee of R$ 200.

7. Beach Chairs:

- The apartment includes two beach chairs available for guests.

- In case of loss or damage, a cost of 275 reais per chair will be applied.

8. Late Checkout Rule for Fridays:

- For late checkouts on Fridays, an additional fee of 100% of the daily rate will be applied.

- It's important to request the check-out extension in advance to verify availability.

10. Luggage Storage:

- Storing luggage in the apartment before check-in time is not allowed.

This property is a comfortable private apartment with two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. It includes a parking space and is located in a residential building with a 24-hour doorman and security, offering excellent infrastructure. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, featuring a king-size bed in the suite, two single beds in the second bedroom, and two sleeper chairs in the living room. All rooms have air conditioning.
